How old do rouen ducks have to be to start getting colored feathers? (not the brown ones)

You mean the drakes? They will start getting the nuptial feathering at about 5 months, or at sexual maturity.

Here are pictures of my boy during his color change. He was hatched around the middle of March. I bought him at Big R. He is from Privett Hatchery.
