We've never had weird egg issues before. Any thoughts on this weird egg? Should I be concerned???

Do you feed calcite grit or oyster shell?
When a hen eats a bunch of oyster shell or calcite grit for the calcium, often parts will show up in the shell.
Sometimes you simply get odd shells as a hen ages.
If it continues, you may need to investigate into that hen.
It doesn't hurt the quality of the egg inside, but it can indicate too much calcium in the hens diet...or simply aging shell gland.
