Is there any easy way to sex them at month old?
Also if I decide to breed and incubate is there anything I should know about this breed specifically that would help us get a decent rate of success?

Turkey poults can normally be sexed starting at 3 months and for sure by 6 months old. There is not an easy way to sex them at 1 month old although an experienced turkey breeder can sometimes make accurate guesses at younger ages just through constant observation.
