Royal Palms?

I have narragansetts, black spanish and a tri color palm and they all love me, they want to fly onto my shoulder and they follow me everywhere. They will sit on my front deck waiting for me to return. I also completely spoil my birds (chicken's too) with socialization and treats.

I think you hit it right on the head Treats and time will make for the best birds.
I raised my Bourbon Reds 17 of them from 3 days old its my opinion that's the best unless your getting birds from some one who did the same as far as raising them.

My opinion: Royal palms are the most beautiful turkeys of all. The only negative is that they have the scrawniest breast of all the turkeys. So if you are raising for meat, you don't get as much white meat.

They beat out peacocks for lawn ornaments. Perhaps not as colorful as peacocks, but they don't make that shrill annoying scream all day long like peacocks do and they are plenty beautiful to look at.

Yes they are beautiful birds, I raise mine as pets/egg producers/ breeders. I think they look great but I dont raise them for everyone else to look at I do it for me, as far as personallity goes narragansett are the most docile and social in my experience. Everyone has their own opinion and its great to learn from others how they see different breeds and what their experience is..
