"Well, with all my apprentices, if they work out, I test them with this, and I give them this as an award, it marks you for a while, and after i mark you a few times it wont fade" she showed her legs which was dyed

"I can smell it...and why do you mark your apprentices?"

"I feel like it, and it reminds them that they were in the Haven Flock, a medicine chicken, ive only marked one tho, and she turned out to be a brat, i killed her myself" she said the last part gravely

She could see the look in his eyes "I was ordered too, she was killing, well poisoning, the other chickens, it was cause I wanted too, it was the worst thing I have ever done" she said as she poured some of the dye on a leaf of goo "Oh. and I dont need to mark you, I like drawing is all and no one lets me draw on them" she said with a slight laugh
