Rubbermaid Storage Shed as Coop

I had this exact thought a number of months back. At the time the shed was $500.
Then I read a bunch of reviews on it, and decided to rebuild my old one instead.
People were having problems with the walls warping and things like that.
Plus all the mods I had planned would probably weaken it.
I'm glad I decided to rebuild.

What did you use to vent the coop? Im looking to repurpose a plastic shed we have into a duck coop.

I'm converting a new Rubbermaid resin (plastic) storage shed into my coop (the chickens are already in it; I'm just continuing to fix it up the way I want it), and I thought I'd share some photos for anyone who might be interested.

The original poster has been gone since shortly after making this thread in 2014.
They never answered my questions about ventilation, but it looks like the just drilled some holes, which was probably not sufficient.

But Welcome to BYC! @SOSHEA33
There are other resin shed threads here.
Where in this world are you located?
Climate, and time of year, is almost always a factor.

It's easy to do, (laptop version shown), then it's always there!

This thread is pretty old. I love how you painted the coop red. Since its a rubbermaid shed, did the paint stay on? Thanks
