Ruffled feathers and missing tails😟😔😟

Hi there! I’ve recently noticed that some of my Cayuga ducks don’t look very healthy....I suspect it might be overpreenin, but I just wanted to post here and make sure. So first of all, my drake and one of my ducks seem to be missing a lot of tail feathers, like they pulled them out. My mix, one of the ducks with a missing tail, constantly ruffles her feathers up on her back and her head. After going to the cottage for a weekend and then coming back, I’ve noticed that my other Cayugas have started doing this too. I feel so bad because my two youngest ducks, who are just over 3 months oldish, look pretty unhealthy over all.
Does anyone know why my ducks look like this? (It’s kind of hard to tell in the pictures sorry)
