I'm new to incubating eggs from my own chickens. For the past 17 days I've been incubating 4 eggs. On day 18 I removed the turner and placed the eggs on the mesh. The morning of day 19 I noticed one of the eggs had shifted from it's original spot, but that afternoon, while I was gone, my mom took the eggs out and tried to candle them for around 15 mins. My question is, did the candling ruin my chances of the eggs hatching?

I wouldn't have candled on day 19 but I wouldn't say it ruined there chance of hatching but just don't move them and make sure not to candle them any more as they should be on lockdown hope this helps

No harm done. Done it many times myself.
