This is my new coop! I'm so excited!

Do I need food and water in both runs?

You could have it just in case but it is up to you. Also use a metal feeder with a cover for night to prevent rats. They can chew through plastic. Make sure to predator proof like a maniac, having a chicken get eaten sucks.
Your coop is cute, by the way!

I would at least put a feeder on each side just to get the birds to spread out and to reduce food guarding.

Depends on your flock and how you manage them. I almost always have juveniles in the flock so I have food and water in the coop plus two food stations and three water stations widely spread outside.

If you have a small flock all the same age one food and water station is probably sufficient. If you integrate or have chicks one is not enough.

Cute coop. Ditto the predator proofing. Might depend upon where you're located (heat of summer, etc) but I'd go ahead and hang both a food & water feeder in each side.
