Can 4 chickens buff orp, wellsummer or cuckoo maran, easteregger, and wyandotte handle a 4x6 run if they free range part of each day.

How big is the coop? If the coop is also small and they're going to be in there for any amount of time, I'd go bigger if at all possible. If you can't, they'll be ok

The rule of thumb is:

10sq ft. of run space -Standards
4sq ft. of coop space -Standards
5sq ft. of run space -bantams
2sq ft. of coop space -bantams

Rember those are per bird.
