Viran snarled, "Some flea-ridden runt called Grivan. I should have finished him when I had the chance. My only comfort is thinking how I'm going to sink my fangs in his filthy little neck!"

Klash growled. "I fought with him too. He was the one who split my ear open." He turned his head so that Viran could see the large split in his right ear.Viran snarled, "Some flea-ridden runt called Grivan. I should have finished him when I had the chance. My only comfort is thinking how I'm going to sink my fangs in his filthy little neck!"
Klash snarled with a smile. "There was another. Jisrun. He was the one who did this to my shoulder." He growled. You could see the pure hatred in his eyes.A deep growl emanated from the she-wolfs throat. "That wolf's days are numbered! We both have a grudge against him..." she flashed him a rare smile, her eyes full of hate, "It wouldn't be to hard to wait for him to do a patrol close to our borders...maybe have a bit of fun before we end his miserable existence..."
"We'd need more wolves than just the two of us for that." He was deep in thought.Viran hummed. "I killed his mate...the old fool was nearly insane with grief. If he isn't already dead, an assassins mission into the heart of Stonepack territory wouldn't be out of paw. We could disguise our scent...sneak in at night and kill them right under their noses. Of course...it will take planing..."
"I don't know...." He could just picture himself sneaking into Stonepack territory and ending the lives of the wolves who injured him. "Getting in would be easy. Getting back out will be a challenge." He clawed at the muddy dirt beneath his feet in frustration.Viran snorted.
"True...but only one or two. Our team needs to be small, it would be easier to hid our scent and stay in the shadows. And I don't know about you, but I haven't nursed any friendly thoughts for my clanmates. And the Alphas cannot know...they wouldn't let us go." She sighed in frustration...she could almost taste Stonepack blood. "Who can we trust!?"
Viran studied the water, her paws stirring the murky silt at the bottom. "Perhaps...."
A deep voiced growled behind them, making Viran jump and swing around, a snarl on her lips.
"It's a suicide mission." A talk lanky wolf padded out of his hiding place in the bank, his mouth open in a dog grin.
"You won't make it out alive."
Viran growled but her shoulders eased a bit. "Comet! What do you want?"
Comet smile vanished, replaced by hate. "I want in."
