Doctors offices: " Arrive 20 to 30 minutes to your appointment or you will be charged a no show fee of $50, in order to see all our patients, our scheduling is not flexible."
Doctors offices in reality: "arrive early so you can sit in a room for an hour before we get to you."

That drove me crazy so I went to concierge medicine. I show up on time, never wait more than a few minutes, and my appointments last an hour, not a rushed 10 minutes. My doctor gives me a discount for bringing her fresh eggs, too.

Back to the topic. I wish I could say would you hurry up and fix this, I'm too tired to deal with it anymore.

Have you ever gone to a website for a recipe, but there’s a novel worth of text you have to scroll past first that details the minutia of picking up their kids from soccer practice and how it ties back to a story from 1972 when their uncle stepped on a rattlesnake during a rare blizzard in the panhandle, which inspired him to hike the Appalachian trail with a blindfold on. All the while, you just want that pecan brownie recipe.
