Garron tried to mirror her smile, but the attempt was futile. "I tried to tell Zero about him last night," he murmured in her ear as he laid down beside her with reluctance quivering each of his movements. His gaze was still wary, and he kept scanning the landscape to see if Scar would show up, or if he could get a whiff of his scent to warn him beforehand. "She thinks that I'm not giving him a chance, and that I'm making it into something that it isn't."

Piper ate her rabbit nervously, her eyes full of confusion. "I'm sorry...well...I...I think he might really be good for Pinepack. He is strong and knows what his is doing...you saw that deer he brought in? I could never do that...He even was talking like he had lived in pinepack forever, reminding me we need to put the pack first. I don't know......I feel like I should give him a chance...maybe my first reaction was wrong and he really is a good wolf. He has only treated me with kindness since he got here..." her heart felt like it was being split in two but she refused to cry in front of Garron again.

"I'm sure I can manage without you. You just look like you could use the company." He smirked back at her and rose to his feet.

"Like I need the company." She laughed. "You probably just need me to babysit you and make sure you don't get hurt again." She talked in a childish voice.

Quote: Senkah was more than a little irritated that Girvan was giving her instructions, instead of the other way around, but there was no time for her to remind him of their differences in the rankings. She leaped down and began calling for the pack to gather.

"Despite these wounds, I could easily kill you." He smirked at her. "Don't mess with me. Besides, I don't need some helpless she wolf to watch over me." He snarled.

"Sure ya don't, that's obviously why you didn't want me to come with you." She laughed and ran ahead of him.

Klash rolled his eyes and ran after her. He ran on three legs to keep pressure off of his shoulder wound. He caught up to Misa after a few seconds. "You know, that must be exhausting. Being so snooty all the time." He said with a chuckle.

"It's rewarding." She ran faster.
