Blizzard looked at her, his eyes sad, his heart broke for her. He looked down at the water, "I'm sorry." He whispered

Wind howled as he raced for her, slamming into his mother's side. Finally Senkah let go, and she whirled around, snarling. Wind tried to roll out of the way, but wasn't quick enough. Senkah brought a powerful paw down his throat, all the way down to his abdomen and opening up a large wound. Wind gurgled, writhing in agony.

"NO!!!" Elan screamed, and charged at Senkah with a massive amount of force.

Scarlet scrambled after him, worry pulsing within her. She heard Elan's frantic howls, and Nike's growl.

Blizzard crashed through the forest and scrambled over the rocky hills, leaping into camp. He saw the chaos before him. His heart sunk, stonepack was crumbling. His eyes locked on Nike, then Senkah. He bristled snarling at the alpha female.

Scarlet burst right behind him, "Elan!" She screamed, and leaped into the battle.
 
Senkah snarled and tried to aim a fatal kick at Elan's head, but right before it hit, Lightning took the blow, sending Senkah crashing into a rock and knocking her out. Wind just writhed on the ground, going into survival mode from the intense pain.

Scarlet flew to Wind, and began licking the wound. "Stay with me." She said sternly, nudging him.
Elan rushed to his mate. "Lightning! Are you okay?!" He whined, nuzzling and licking her.
Nike's nose turned pale. My mate, Senkah, alpha female of Stonepack, has to be stopped. He thought, tears brimming at his eyes.
 
Feeling Scarlet's presence, Wind began to calm down, but whined.

Lightning gasped, "yeah, I'm fine."

Senkah just lay there uselessly.
