He nuzzled her, the backed away and looked into her eyes, and knew at that moment that she was more precious to him than anything else and always would be!

Onyx's eyes changed from sad, to pleading. "Please don't make me leave your pack." he pleaded. He looked like a pup, but on the inside, felt broken, and numb.

Nebrivo looked at his empty den, and didn't want to sleep in it all alone another night.

(Yep, much better than Cedar's death, but that was in a bunch of confusion and she betrayed everyone in the end, I don't think anyone felt so close to her.)

After staring at the sky for what seemed like forever, Quartz closed her eyes and sank into a troublesome sleep.

Tears ran down Nebrivo's cheeks. He was alone for the first time since his parents had gotten killed. In despair, he went to Quartz.

Rain sat in her den, labor pains coursed through her belly. She whimpered from the pain, and Thunder slunk into the den. "Rain!" he gasped. "I-I-I'll get A-Aki!" he howled, and charged out. "Aki! Mari!" he howled.
