Thunder lifted his head. "Aki? Mari?" He called softly. Mari nudged Aki, smiled and padded quickly into the den. Thunder looked up at them, his face beaming like the proud father he was. Rain's side heaved gently up and down as she slept. "Two boys," he nodded to a brindle, and a white wriggling pups. "And a girl." He smiled and licked a copper colored pup. "They're so beautiful." Mari sighed deeply and leaned against her mate. "I'll get you something to eat." Mari whispered as Rain lifted her head. "Aki?" Rain whispered. "Could you find Sierra and Nike?" Thunder licked his mates face, damp with sweat.

I was born there, and lived with them until a few moths ago. They made me do things I didn't want to do, and I ran away because of it. They're beta is after my blood." He finished shakily.

Atra yawned, the sky was dark (its still night, right?) she decided to get a drink and started to pad away from the dens in the direction of the river.
