Nikki sat by the river, looking out onto the horizon. She sighed sadly, looking down into the water. Will I ever find a mate? She thought sadly. She then looked back up. Beyond was the loner land, and far, far away was Thunderpack. She bit her lip as she thought of her sister, who she hadn't seen in so long. It'll take a least a week to get there... should I leave now? She looked around. Do I even want to leave..? Wait, what am I saying? Yes! I haven't seen Lightning in so long, and plus, Chayton's here... She felt as if an enormous weight had been placed on her back at the thought of the wolf she... loved, but didn't seem to love her back.

Suddenly, a happy,, chipper voice sounded behind her. "Hey Nikki!" Chayton yipped, sitting beside her. He smiled, looking in Thunderpack's direction. "I was thinking.... how 'bout we go see Elan and Lightning?"

Bella stared at them a second longer, then sighed, she turned, her stomach growling, her frame slightly sunken, to go find some food. As she turned, she accidently bumped her head into a another wolf.(Stone). "Sorry," she yelped, immeadiately submitting.
 
Stone stumbled back; being a younger wolf, only about 3-4 months, Bella was much stronger than him.
