gray grunted as Myth landed on him, submerging him below the water, he twisted playfully pulling at her paw, trying to pull her under.
 
Fang lounged at the thunderpack dens, his forepaw was hurting, the joint hard to bend, he licked it, hoping to aliveate some of the pain.

Chayton chased his tail, biting into it as if trying to clear his mind. He got up, panting, and headed back to the dens.

Nikki sat outside her den, having the "lost in her thoughts" look in her eyes again. Her mind drifted. How on Earth did Lightning, Sitka, Scarlet... all of them, get their mate? Did Scarlet approach Wind, or did Wind approach her..? GAH, this is so hard! She frowned to herself.

Near Fang, Leafe and Izou played. Lightning gazed around proudly at her pack. They weren't as big as Stonepack yet, but they were steadily growing strong. She gave a wistful sigh as she remembered her siblings, her friends, and her mother.

Fang glanced at the pups, jealous of their youth, then Lightning. He smiled, happy with life in the pack. He slowly got to his feet, and stretched, feeling his bones creak. He shook his fur out and yawned. Then sat and watched the water, a small group of trout swam in a calm pool.
