My female ducks mount each other all the time but mostly in the pool. I thought it was weird too but everyone said it's normal so I guess it is!

ISO runner duck hatching eggs not in quarantine zone-don't care the color of the duck. I had a small flock of runner ducks; it was decimated by a puppy (which is going to be re-homed to someone without poultry; she's got good herding instincts, but the ducks did not want to be herded. Therefore, the ducks were punished...) The only eggs I had left are of indeterminate age, as the brats were hiding their eggs from me. Anyone got a dozen or two I can get? :fl I'm in Idaho.

Harlequin runner duck hatching eggs
There are some beautiful Runners in this stock.

Today, I just want to share how I am thankful for my two drakelets. :celebrate

They are half Runner, half Welsh Harlequin - second generation.
I just can't stop staring at them. :love
