Oh no! I'm so sorry! What day are you on and how did you know they quit? The one that was shadowing last night is still the same but less movement in the shadowy parts today, I fear I may have reduced its survival odds by messing around with it last night, but another eggs air cell dramatically dropped last night so I am keeping them in the "hatching" incubator for now and monitoring lightly until internal pip... I have my humidity for those two at 50% and figure I'll increase when I see that internal pip?? I'm throwing darts in the dark at this point lol I have no clue what I am doingI can’t offer much help on the air cell, this is my first time incubating ducks. If they’re anything like chicken eggs, their air cell grows a ton during lockdown.
I pulled 3 today. Two quit sometime yesterday, not sure why. The other one I’d been watching for several days. Two blue runner eggs and one pekin. I haven’t been cooling and misting, maybe I should try. I have been on top of temp and humidity. I knew 100% hatch rate was unlikely but we had such a strong start!
