What around their area could they have eaten? something toxic? plant, animal, stagnant water?

My Indian runner ducks are dying i don't see any thing wrong with them exept the have a little blood coming out of there mouth i don't know what's wrong need help

Wow, so sorry. Poisoning can cause this, but so can some diseases. Are there nostrils and eyes clear?

Lost one more there is nothing the can get in to the are in there runner

The only thing I can think of is treatment from a vet if that’s what it is...may need to do antibiotics
