*Running with the Flood* A Warrior Cat RP~Open~

She dodged the blow and added her own before darting back.
He felt her blow and thought That would've been bad if she was using her claws.... Time to stop messing around.
He became more serious and fluffed out his fur. He bared his teeth and suddenly looked three times more menacing than he had before. He leaped up and as he leapt over her, he slid sheathed paws across her sides then landed on her back, and tried to use his weight to push her into the ground

Flamefrost hit the ground hard.
 
He grimaced as he heard the thud of her body hitting the ground, but didn't let up. He stayed there for a few moments longer, then let her up. "Are you okay?" He asked, concerned, but also triumphant that he won
“Yes, I’m alright,” she grunted, getting to her paws. “Well done.”
 
She gave her apprentice a nod of approval.

“Nice!” Snowpaw called.
He padded back over to her, purring proudly.

Redfrond twitched his whiskers, bemused. "Would you like to try again? I'm sure you learned at least one thing from watching their fight that you could try." He offered

Snowpaw thought for a moment. It was probably useless, she couldn’t concentrate with so many emotions on her. But if she couldn’t learn to concentrate then she wouldn’t be a warrior. “I’ll try,” she mewed at last.

Redfrond nodded and stepped into the center of the clearing. Should I go easy on her this time? Doubt briefly passed through his mind. No. If she gets jumped by a ShadowClan patrol, they won't show mercy. She needs to learn. He resolved, assuming a battle position

Block it out. Block it out, she told herself. She lunges forward suddenly and scooped Redfrond’s paws out from underneath him, looking at the exact place where she struck, knowing he would expect a feign.
