(Also, which cats is she referring to? The Clan doesn’t know about Snowfrost and Lilyflight. Well, they do, but they haven’t seen them, so Nightpaw can’t have, either)

Floodlight came in and pressed fresh cobwebs to the wounds on Lilyflight that had been reopened, warning her to be more careful. Floodlight wished she could give Lilyflight a poppy seed so she could sleep more easily, but she didn’t like how drowsy Lilyflight was all the time and didn’t think poppy seeds were safe.

After Floodlight had left, Lilyflight lay there for a little while, her wounds keeping her awake.

Bramblestar stayed curled around her and his kits, licking her ears comfortingly
