"Okay, watch closely." She instructed. She flopped to the ground and rolled to the side then quickly got to her paws again, flipped around so her back paws were facing the kits and kicked out, going just above their heads which would have been the center of a full grown cats chest

"It's not too hard. You roll when they knock you down so they can't pin you, then kick them so they get the breath knocked out of them and then you can easily overtake them after that." She explained
