*Running with the Flood* A Warrior Cat RP~Open~

Since um around the beginning of last summer...
Just give me a recent plot idea. I can wing it from there I think. :)
(Snowfrost was captured by the Dark Forest, but Lilyflight traded places with her after they found out that Snowfrost was expecting kits. Snowfrost has her kits, they got Lilyflight back after a lot of drama, and they’re recovering from their wounds)

"Weeellll...." The old cat's rusty purr rumbled inside his bony frame. "If it isn't little...um...." He squinted his eyes shut for a moment trying to sort through all the kits he had known to find the name of this one. "Skykit! That's right. Skykit."
"are you in the mood for a story?" He asked, lifting a stiff paw to cuff the kitten over the ear. "or maybe a wee play skirmish?" He swished his crooked tail back and forth.
He purred happily. "Story!" He gave a little bounce as he curled into Spotpelts side, getting comfortable

(Skykit was found in the forest, he's a part of a prophecy to take down the Dark Forest and Lilyflight and Bramblestar adopted him, Flykit and Featherkit are Snowfrosts kits, Flykit is deaf but not many cats know and she's also part of the prophecy.)

"I'm sorry that's how you feel." She mewed stiffly before turning and walking out of the den. Geez, you'd think she would want at least one friend... She thought, a bit frustrated
Nightpaw didn't respond but to curl tighter. She was trying to be friendly. A small voice grumbled in her head. Shut up. She thought back, closing her eyes.
And it was morning, sooner than Nightpaw would've thought possible. She uncurled, stretched magnificently, and trudged out of the apprentices' den. No need to prolong the inevitable.

Lionpaw and Firespot were already by the gorse tunnel, waiting for Flamefrost, Brackenpaw, and Nightpaw to join them.

“Sorry. We got caught up.” They left the camp.

Brackenpaw licked his ear.
Firespot followed, staying in the middle of the patrol while Lionpaw stayed in the back, sniffing curiously at the undergrowth. He still hadn't been an apprentice for that long, so he viewed the forest as new and exciting
