"I will," she promised. "And Blackpaw..." she hesitated, wondering how much to tell her. "The other day he actually asked me to train him, and was disappointed when I told him I couldn't. And I actually saw him smiling yesterday."

Feathersky cocked her head. "I wonder why?" she said thinking for a moment. "Remember, I'm always here. You can tell me anything," she said with a smile.
