Batkit saw blood on her throat and went back. "Rainkit! We must go!" He grabbed her and forced her awake. He instantly started at the wounds, worry seeping through him and shaking his pelt.

Rainkit blinked awake, and her fur went on end. "I almost had him! I could've blinded him!" She snarled angrily, licking the blood off of her throat and sides
