She dug their prey up and picked up both pieces, wanting to carry both because Rosepaw had the huge rabbit.
He dropped the rabbit and opened his jaws, trying to see if he could scent Stripe.
Snowpaw stopped in dragging the prey and looked up, panting. “What’s up?”
He shook his head. "Nothing." He picked the rabbit back up and grabbed the squirrel as well, making her load less tiring
“Let me take it,” she argued through the feathers. “You’re carrying more than me.”
"I got it." He grunted through the fur
“No you don’t. Let me take the squirrel. If you don’t I’ll just take the rabbit!”
He purred with amusement. He draped the rabbit over his back and carried the squirrel in his jaws. "Really, it's no problem." he mewed
“Fine,” she sighed. “But if I see you get tired then no arguing about it!”
