“I’m having kits,” she admitted. It was the first time she’d said it aloud, and it made her feel all sorts of things: Happy, but worried. Worried especially because she didn’t know how much longer she would be forced to live like this and what it would do to the kits.

He gasped in shock, different emotions running through him at once. Fear, happiness, excitement, and anxiety were the main ones. "We really have to get you out of here now."

“I know,” she said, feeling scared. “But how? We’re no closer to getting me out than we were the day I was taken. The only thing I could think of would be if you talked to Blackblood. He’s the one that actually found out, and he... he wouldn’t let Darksky hurt me in certain places where it might hurt the kits. I think he has some sympathy for me. He’s our only chance right now.”

"Okay. I'll talk to him." He mewed and stood up. "I'll get you out of here. Or at least I'll try." He promised, then ran off to find them.

Blackblood heard someone running up behind him, and he saw Beetlepaw. "Ah, hello. How is my apprentice tonight?"

He shot a glance at Darksky. "I'm fine, but tired. I kind of want to sleep tonight. How do I get out?"

She wanted to call after him to be careful, but she knew if she did that someone would hear her. They couldn’t risk it.

Floodlight stood there, not knowing what to do. She knew that it was even more urgent they get Snowfrost out of there right away, but how? Now not only did they have to get her out, but they couldn’t risk anything too dangerous. It seemed impossible, but they had to try.
