I love running! Up until about a month ago, I started every morning with a 4.5 mile run, but recently had to stop to let a bulging disc in my lower back heal. I am feeling pretty good now though, and I will start slowly working my way back up to that morning run as soon as my doc gives me the okay.
I really miss that Runners High that would start about 10 minutes into my run, when my legs would loosened up and I would get that boost of good mood endorphines.
