I love running. I can run the mile in 6:37 seconds, I feel like a zombie afterwards though! I also love hiking. Hey Blonde which state are you from?

Oh cool that sounds like fun! Hey we are kinda close by! I'm in OR. We travel to Cal. every once in a while to visit my uncle.

Well I had to work at it for a long time to run that fast.

    Have fun!

I love running! Up until about a month ago, I started every morning with a 4.5 mile run, but recently had to stop to let a bulging disc in my lower back heal. I am feeling pretty good now though, and I will start slowly working my way back up to that morning run as soon as my doc gives me the okay.

I really miss that Runners High that would start about 10 minutes into my run, when my legs would loosened up and I would get that boost of good mood endorphines.
