Runny dropping

so some of my chicks will have runny poop randomly. I’ve spent a lot of time trying to figure out if it was just one chick or not. But it’s all
Of them and not every time it’s super random. I did just switch their food but I mixed their old food in with the new stuff for a week first. How worried should I be?

Sure sounds like cecal poop. Especially since cecal poop is only every couple normal poops. But to be safe, post some photos like others have suggested.

Cecal poop and it looks normal to me

Let's talk some poop for just a minute here Chickens have 2 "types" of poop there is "normal" and then there is "cecal". "Normal" is the firm(ish) poop that usually has a white cap while "Cecal" is the stinky, sticky pudding like poop you posted.
Both can vary in color and consistency depending on diet, amount of water they drink (think hot weather, more water=runnier poop) and other factors. It's very good that you are paying attention to the poop. When you become familiar with what your chickens "normal" is, then it will be easier for you to take note if something is not quite right.
