runny eye

My little sweetheart has a runny eye Please help what can I do. Its only one eye and only that chicken I'm hoping she got some sand in it and it's wet but please help me.

It's my golden buff pekin chicken. She is roughly 4 1/2 months old. One of her eyes is watery. She is eating as normal. Drinking as normal. It's only her no one else.
