Runny nose and raspy breathing with beak open.

Hello guys,
Sorry to post again so soon! I have recently rescued a pekin bantam hen, her feet are in a terrible state which I am caring for, but today I have noticed her breathing with her beak open and when listening closely, it sounds slightly rasping. Also there is slight fluid leakage from her left nostril and her left eye seems watery.
Anyone have any ideas?
Afterthought; we have a cold here within the family, can chickens pick up a common cold??

I've looked online and it just keeps suggesting CRD to me, but I'm still not sure how I would treat that or if it even is that.. You know how the internet is when trying to look up health conditions!
