I don't think there is really anything that can 'treat' the worms except for things like ivomec, safeguard etc.

Do you still have your sick little one in pine shavings? Sometimes using those can cause respiratory type symptoms. If it's drinking try putting some acv in the water. That may help some. I hope she makes it.
