Runny nose, coughing, gargling breathing!

I have a few chickens whos eyes are watering. Their eyes also mat shut and develop large capsules of water under the eyelid almost the size of a marble? Anyone know what's causing this. I got some antibiotic at the store this week.

You have to know what you're treating and if it's viral, no antibiotic will do anything. If it's bacterial, the weak antibiotics like Terramycin may not be effective. My procedure would be to separate all the ones showing symptoms, provide supportive care with no antibiotics and wait. They will rebound or not. I know this goes against the grain for most folks, but with some diseases making the birds carriers for life, it is the best way, IMO. Sorry because this is probably not what you want to hear. My own policy is to cull any that ever show symptoms like that, but I know many just can't bring themselves to do it, even if it's for the best.

Sounds like CRD to me, not all antibiotics will help with this, I use Tylon 50 worked in 5 days.
