Runny nose?

Hi guys have noticed my 10 week Isa rooster seems to have a runny nose, also smells a little any idea what it might be? And how to treat? No symptoms other than the 2 stated photo just cos

I'm no expert, but if it smells, then it may be a bacterial issue.

I'll let others with more experience chime in.
