When to treat a sneeze?

I have a hen that has been sneezing a bit more than usual for maybe 2 weeks? Otherwise she is fine. Acts well,eats and drinks. No other symptoms such as runny nose, eye bubble, cough or wheezing. I do have some antibiotics somewhere, but I don't want to give them unless she really needs them. What say the experts?

There are many causes of sneezing not related to respiratory diseases, such as; ammonia fumes from soiled bedding, improper ventilation, dust/dander in bedding, mold/mildew inside the coop, dust from dust bathing, inhalation of feed dust, pesticide use, pollen.
All of these issues can be corrected or eliminated.
