Runny orange poop help

Apologies for the visual however I need help if I have a problem ? I have noticed orange runny poop in 2 of my 3 pens. I have noticed in Sussex coop and Wyandottes. Is this an issue/disease? Do I need to treat ?

All my flock are feed good quality later pellets fresh green vegetable scraps and stale bread 3-4 day old. Fresh water changed regularly and free range on normal grass.

Any advice would be appreciated thanks

Iv herd bread is bad 4 them but as long as it does not comproise more than 10 % of thier diet its ok call me an r tar but may b day ate 2 many cranbear is
