I responded to your other thread, and I think it's time for a "fecal float" test. Any vet can do it and it will help answer some internal q's of what is going on. If the hen is older, you say she still eats, it is also a possiblity of internal growths in the intestines that block off the passage of food, and there isn't anything you can do about the last one. I am suspecting that the cold weather probably has compromised her immune system a bit and thus her natural worm/cocci load is beginning to overwhelm her. Antibiotics won't do anything for the issue if it is either of those two issues. Worms are worms and cocci is a protozoa.
