Runny poop

I have a 21 week old NHR pullet that has had runny poop for a week or so. She is eating, drinking, acting normal.
Her poop is brown, not orange or bloody and it is leaving her with a nasty runny butt.
As I type this, I just watched her have a normal solid poop.
What can I do to help prevent the messy butt? I don't mind bathing her but than doesn't sound good for long term.

Sometimes hot weather causes runny feces because they are drinking more water.
