Runny stool and blood

I too have the same problem, only not with a silkie. :) However I know the response all will give is Cocco. I don't know if this is the case with StrawberryHouseMouse (cute name btw!) but my chickens dont have a dirt or grass run. They are on a cement run with sand, straw, and some shavings so I dont know how they could have gotten cocci. The last time they were on REAL dirt was about 7 weeks ago and that was only for an hour or so a few times. They get starter still for another few weeks and I havent been giving them many treats the past couple of weeks because I am out of chicken grit. Any ideas would be appreciated! Strawberry- I hope your problem gets resolved too!

Does anyone possibly think it could be from being bred for the first time? The hen I am having problems with blood in the stool was a virgin when I put her in the cage with the other hens and a couple adult roosters.

I think maybe the lack of response is because this isn't a normal age range for cocci, and there aren't many other reasons for blood in stool- I have a bunch of sites bookmarked for diagnoses...let me go scan them for ideas- brb.
