Runt or Little Roo?

I have one like this too. My chicks are 4 weeks old and almost fully feathers, except poor little petunia. I had to hatch her. She pipped and liquid started oozing out the hole after a day. So I took her out of the egg and she still had a yolk. Throughout the day, she absorbed it, but then was glued to the bottom of the incubater. I had to soak her off the bottom and then bathed her to get all the glue off her. By the end of the night, she was up and alert. She only has a few wing feathers. We have more babies that are 4 days old that are bigger than her already. She is happy, healthy and very active, as you can see in the pic. Sorry about the quality, but she becoming a little spitfire. But you can see the difference in her size.

The buff babies are the 4 days olds
Shes on right

Petunia's outta here!

. Rex is doing great! Rex is a hen, Rex is a hen!!! I can tell by the coloring. She's a Silver Pencil Laced Plymouth Rock Bantam. (What a mouth full for such a small chicken!). She is smaller than our other one, wondering if she will catch up or just be a little. We love her!
