I think what Lizzy is saying is that if you have a hen that might go broody (you can test with a pile of fake eggs), you can get a smaller amount of fertilized eggs locally and have your hen hatch and raise.

Yeah, it’s that I can’t to that breed that isn’t a minimum 10-15 chock requirement :he:he that’s the issue I’m having. Since we don’t have an incubator, nor need that many, it’s hard
