Russian Orloff: 12 weeks- Gender help :(

I think it is a male too. My Orloff does not have any green sheen in her tail feathers.

And as far as I know, roosters have a taller stance and some black feathers on their front.

I’m so sorry, I know the feeling getting of getting attached to a rooster. Maybe a family member outside of town could keep him. I have a crazy uncle with 50 acres that keeps all of my old layers and unwanted roosters for bug control, but that’s just me. There is always Craigslist, but you never know what their intentions are to do with them. I hope you find a good home for that goofy looking boy.

This is the most recent pic of my Buckeye roo, His comb is as red as the hens but it is smaller due to it being a pea comb. My brother does not think Tony ( Buckeye roo) is a roo because he has not crowed yet, but I continue to tell him that Tony is just submissive
