Russian Orloff?

I ordered 9 chicks from Ideal Poultry. All should be Russian Orloff. All the girls have correct Combs, but this guy doesn't. Is he not Orloff?

No, 2 Russian Orloff Cockrels and 7 Russian Orloff Pullets. Nothing else

Ether they sent the wrong or something is crossed into there Orloffs.
Orloffs have a Strawberry/ Raspberry comb much like a Malay and I don't see a beard or muff on that bird either.

Right, which is why I'm thinking the cockrel is not Orloff. Some have beards, but idk. I've never had Orloff as chicks. Only adults. The pullets have the correct Combs but not the cockrel.

Their leg color also varies per bird

Most of the pullets have beards and proper comb along with yellow legs. The cockers has pale legs and wrong comb.
