Russian Orloff

I am wanting to get a group together for people who breed russian orloffs or have a flock of them. Theres not many people with them in the USA and I dont want to see them go again.

I have three hens and a young rooster. I really like them, they are so unique.

My birds are molting right now, so I haven't taken any. I will as soon as they look better.

I am looking to get them too. I can't find them in any hatcheries. Has anyone found any on hatcheries.

I would try to get them from a breeder for several reasons. One, your just going to get a ugly bad colored bird, and two I encourage everyone even backyard chicken keepers like everybody on here to get show quality birds because in the case of the orloff, theres harldy any left at all besides hatchery ones.
