s this fowl pox or something else?

I can't get a better picture of what it actually looks like, it looks like yellowish lumps but can be kind of smoother when you stretch out the skin and I dont think it comes off but I didnt try water or chemicals. How do I fix it?



 
It's not pox. I don't think it is favus, either. I would try washing it off and see if it returns.
 
Definitely not fowl pox. My first thought was the start of favus, but favus spreads rapidly. I agree with CMV, try washing it off with a damp washcloth. If that doesnt work, put some miconazole on it. (Found in antifungal spray or ointment such as Lotrimin.)

lotrimin like in people-medicine? That I could buy in a grocery store?
