Hard to know if something is 'wrong' with her or she's just low bird.
As long as she's eating/drinking/pooping/moving around OK I wouldn't worry about it.
Is her crop full when you put her in the coop at night?
PITA to have to gather her up every night.

Yeah shes definitely eating. And yes it is a PITA. Especially when its 15 with a winchill of 6 like it has been the last 2 nights.

Didn't think it got that cold down there.
Cold weather can definitely make a small coop 'smaller'.
Mine didn't even go outside yesterday when it was about the same temps here.

We have mountain weather. A few weeks a year it usually gets to single digit temps with windchills as low as -15 to -20. Normal overnight lows are upper teens to low 20's. Or the next day it may be 65. Who knows?!

Perhaps you could get another lone hen and let them pal up together. I too had this problem when I had my first chickens years ago, made the mistake of buying a single chicken and put her in with an established group so of course she was bullied so I used to spoil her and give her lots of treats in front of the others which made her feel special, another young chicken eventually friended her so happy ending

Good news! Last night I retrieved our little loner from the woodshed but instead of letting her walk through the the coop door, I placed her inside myself on a roosting rod.
Well that must have given her instant flock status or something cause this morning she was hanging out with the rest of the gals and tonight she went in the coop (no more woodshed) and was sitting with 2 other hens.
Perhaps the fly on the wall is becoming a social butterfly.
