Sad day for us

I currently use electrolytes from the feed store, but I'm going to start making my own with Oregano powder. It find it annoying that the first ingredient on the list of most feed store electrolytes is salt. I will sell my electrolyte mix on my Etsy shop when I get the ingredients, so if your interested I think I'll have that available for a reasonable price. :)
For probiotics I use whatever is at the feed store.
I’ve noticed that too. That would be great! I love supporting peoples small business!

Awesome! I've been scanning the internet trying to find ratio ideas. I think thats a good recipe! I'll probably launch it Tuesday, or Wednesday. Kinda depends on the weather so I can get good lighting for my photos. Ingredients arriving on Monday, thanks Amazon. :p

That’s about the only one i’ve seen that i could make at home. Tractor supply sells one that doesn’t look like it has any salt in it but

I bought one from my local feed store and have been using it for a while. Excited to try a new product out with Oregano though. I did use a Durvet one with Oregano, but the first ingredient was salt. I doubt their was enough Oregano in it to make a huge difference.

Nutri-Drench! That is a great one! More typically used for recovery, weak hens/chicks, etc. Its REALLY good to have on hand. It can be a life saver for chicks. I always keep a bottle. I'm not sure if it is supposed to be used daily, or if you can or not. I've only seen it suggested for recovery.
I think that some salt is okay since it does contain electrolytes, but I don't like that its the first ingredient, or making up most of the mix.

Yes that’s about the only thing people say to use it for, recovery. I mean i don’t see why maybe once a week won’t hurt
